Job Title: Dental Clinic Back Office Assistant Location: New Delhi/ Hauz Khas Job Type: Full time Job Overview We are seeking an organized, detail-oriented Dental Clinic Back Office Assistant to manage our administrative operations and front/back-desk workflows. In this role, you will handle doctor installation and delivery scheduling, records management, billing coordination, and general office support to ensure our dental clinic runs smoothly.

Key Responsibilities Doctor Records &

- Data Entry: Maintain accurate Doctor electronic records, update personal and medical details, and archive clinical documentation properly. Scheduling &
- Appointments: Manage the clinic calendar, book and confirm Doctor Installation and Delivery, follow up on missed visits, and organize call-backs. Billing &
- Claims Processing: Assist with invoice generation, process payment entries, collect copays, and help verify insurance coverage and process basic claims. Office &
- Inventory Operations:



Monitor office and clinical inventory, place orders for essential supplies, and coordinate with dental labs and vendor representatives. Administrative &
- Communication Support: Respond to emails, answer incoming calls, handle general patient inquiries, and assist clinical staff with paperwork and reports.

Qualifications &

Requirements High school diploma or equivalent; relevant diploma or administrative certification is a plus. Prior experience in a back-office, administrative(preferably in a medical or dental environment). Basic knowledge of medical/dental terminology and administrative office software. Proficiency in basic computer applications (MS Office, Google Workspace, or practice management tools). Strong organizational, multitasking, and written/verbal communication skills.
