As a Decision Analyst at tdNewton, you will play a pivotal role in understanding market dynamics, customer behavior, and operational efficiency through quantitative analysis. This position offers a unique opportunity to work on challenging projects, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and make a tangible impact on our clients' success.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct in-depth business and commercial analytics to identify trends, opportunities, and potential risks across various sectors.
- Perform comprehensive customer and marketing analytics to understand consumer behavior,



measure campaign effectiveness, and optimize customer journeys.
- Develop and implement advanced segmentation models and campaign analytics to target specific customer groups and enhance marketing ROI.
- Contribute to data-driven decisioning frameworks, focusing on growth opportunities and optimization strategies to improve key performance indicators.
- Engage in complex business problem-solving, utilizing analytical rigor to address challenges and provide strategic recommendations.
- Manage stakeholder relationships effectively, presenting findings and insights in a clear, concise, and compelling manner to influence strategic outcomes.
- Translate analytical insights into actionable business strategies, ensuring practical implementation and measurable impact.
- Continuously explore new analytical techniques and tools to enhance the quality and efficiency of our analytical solutions.

Requirements

- Master’s degree in Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, or a closely related quantitative field.
- 1–3 years of professional experience in an analytics-focused role, ideally within business, customer, or marketing analytics.
- Proven ability in strong analytical and commercial thinking, capable of extracting meaningful insights from large datasets.
- Demonstrated experience in developing actionable recommendations that drive business results and solve complex commercial problems.
- Proficiency in data manipulation and analysis tools,



including SQL and Excel; experience with statistical software or programming languages like Python or R is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex analytical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strong problem-solving aptitude and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing business challenges.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, client-facing environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
