As a Decision Analyst, you will be instrumental in transforming raw data into actionable insights, directly influencing business outcomes and enhancing customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and execute comprehensive business and commercial analytics projects to identify opportunities and mitigate risks.




- Develop and implement customer and marketing analytics strategies to enhance customer lifetime value and campaign effectiveness.
- Conduct detailed segmentation and campaign analytics, providing insights that inform targeted marketing efforts and personalized customer experiences.
- Drive decisioning, growth, and optimization initiatives through data-driven approaches, experimenting with various strategies to achieve business objectives.
- Engage in proactive business problem-solving, applying analytical rigor to complex challenges and delivering practical solutions.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and relationships, effectively communicating complex analytical findings and recommendations to non-technical audiences.
- Translate analytical insights into clear, concise, and actionable recommendations that drive strategic business decisions and operational improvements.
- Continuously monitor and evaluate the performance of implemented strategies, making data-backed adjustments as necessary to optimize outcomes.

Requirements

- Master’s degree in Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, or a closely related quantitative field.
- 1 to 3 years of hands-on experience in an analytics-focused role, preferably within business, customer, or marketing analytics.
- Demonstrated strong analytical and commercial thinking capabilities, with a proven track record to convert data insights into actionable business strategies.




- Proficiency in using analytical tools and techniques for data extraction, manipulation, and visualization.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to tackle complex business challenges independently and collaboratively.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, capable of articulating complex analytical concepts to diverse audiences, including senior management.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a rapid-paced and dynamic environment.
