We are looking for Data Scientist

Experience - 2 to 5 years

Location - Bangalore

Work Mode - Hybrid Mode

JD:

Develop and implement statistical models, predictive models, and machine learning algorithms to solve business challenges.

Perform advanced statistical analysis including regression, hypothesis testing, forecasting, clustering, classification, and time-series analysis.

Collaborate with the Analytics Engineering team to transform data into scalable analytical solutions and production-ready datasets.

Work alongside the AI/ML Engineering team to support the development, training, validation, and deployment of machine learning and AI models.

Analyze structured and unstructured datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable business insights.

Support experimentation, feature engineering, model evaluation, and performance optimization.

Develop dashboards and visualizations to communicate analytical findings effectively.

Monitor model performance and continuously improve accuracy and reliability.

Document analytical methodologies, model assumptions, and technical solutions following data science best practices.

Stay updated with emerging trends in Data Science, Machine Learning, and Generative AI technologies.

Required Skills & Qualifications

23 years of experience in Data Science,



Advanced Analytics, or Machine Learning.

Strong understanding of Statistics, Probability, Linear Algebra, and Machine Learning fundamentals.

Proficiency in Python with experience using libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, SciPy, and Stats models.

Strong SQL skills for querying, data manipulation, and exploratory data analysis.

Experience building predictive models and performing statistical analysis.

Knowledge of supervised and unsupervised learning techniques.

Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Plotly, or Matplotlib.

Familiarity with Git and cooperative software development practices.

Preferred Skills

Exposure to Deep Learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.

Experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS

Knowledge of modern data platforms including Snowflake, Databricks, or Spark.

Exposure to MLOps concepts, model deployment, and CI/CD pipelines.

Basic understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs), Generative AI, prompt engineering, and AI frameworks such as LangChain or similar.

Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams.
