Role & responsibilities

- Strong hands-on experience with Alteryx, Power BI and Tableau.

- Experience in dashboard and report development.

- Good understanding of data reporting, data analysis and visualization.

- Experience in UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and report/dashboard validation.

- Ability to understand business requirements and work as a Business Process SME.

- Experience in Alteryx workflows, data transformation and ETL.

- Valuable communication and stakeholder management skills.

- Experience with continuous improvement/business process activities is preferred.

- Exposure to MRN-related processes/departments will be an added advantage.

Preferred candidate profile

- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI/Tableau.

- Use Alteryx for data preparation, transformation and reporting workflows.

- Understand business requirements and translate them into reporting solutions.

- Perform UAT and validate dashboard/report accuracy.

- Work with business stakeholders as a reporting/process SME.

- Identify opportunities to improve reporting and business processes.
