Techno functional role.

Specific contribution expected from the role:

Data Modeler with 10+ years of experience in designing scalable data models using dimensional modeling, normalization techniques, and Medallion Architecture, with expertise in PySpark, SQL, ASQL, Databricks, data quality, profiling, and end-to-end data ingestion from source to reporting layers. Strong experience in business process mapping, architectural diagram creation, Databricks workspace and cluster management, data modeling tools, and documentation including STTM, data models, analysis documents, and UAT test cases/results. Knowledge of AI-driven productivity tools, data governance (data lineage, metadata management), and CPG domain, with the ability to lead and mentor Data Modeling and Data Engineering teams while delivering business-driven data solutions.

Location: Remote. Shift Timing: Normal (Day Shift).

Must have -

1. Have 10+ years of data modelling experience.
2. Knowledge on Business process flow and architectural diagram creation.
3.



Knowledge of the process to ingest any particular dataset from source to Silver and then till population in various Reporting layer/format as per the project needs.
4. Knowledge of DBKS Workspace, cluster details for the current PBNA Datalake and their access request process.
5. Knowledge and experience on medallion architecture, table normalisation techniques and dimensional modelling
6. Hands on experience on at least 1 data modelling tool.
7. Hands on experience in Data engineering using pyspark , ASQL and Databricks.
8. Solid SQL and data analysis skills.
9. Data quality and profiling.
10. Ability to document all standards deliverables of a data modeller such as STTM, data models, Analysis documents, UAT test cases and results. 11. Knowledge and understanding on AI and its uses for productivity improvement
