- Data Entry Operator

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and effective Data Entry Operator / Billing Executive to manage data entry, billing processes, Excel reporting, and record maintenance. The candidate should have good knowledge of MS Excel, billing software, and basic accounting processes.

Key Responsibilities

· Accurate data entry in ERP/software and Excel sheets

· Preparation of invoices, bills, challans, and billing records





· Maintain daily sales, purchase, and stock data

· Generate Excel reports and MIS reports as required

· Verify billing data and resolve discrepancies

· Coordinate with Accounts, Sales, and Warehouse departments

· Maintain proper documentation and filing of records

· Update customer and vendor information in system

· Ensure timely completion of billing activities

· Support audit and reconciliation work when required

Required Skills

· Good knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, Formulas, Filters)

· Data entry speed and accuracy

· Knowledge of billing software / ERP systems

· Basic accounting knowledge

· Good communication and coordination skills

· Attention to detail and time management
