- Handle day-to-day JioMart e-commerce operations and data.
- Maintain and update product, sales, inventory, and order-related data.
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales and performance reports.
- Analyze sales, orders, returns, cancellations, and inventory data.
- Monitor product listings, pricing, stock availability, and product performance.
- Maintain Excel/Google Sheets reports and ensure data accuracy.
- Coordinate with the warehouse and e-commerce team for stock and order-related issues.
- Identify data discrepancies and ensure timely corrections.
- Track product-wise and category-wise performance.
- Support the team in improving sales and operational performance through data analysis.
- Maintain proper records and documentation of JioMart-related activities.
Required Skills:
- Good knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.
- Basic understanding of e-commerce operations.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work with large amounts of data accurately.
- Valuable communication and coordination skills.
- Knowledge of Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, filters, and basic Excel formulas.
- Experience handling JioMart data or other e-commerce platforms will be an advantage.
