Designation: Data Analyst-End User MIS

Experience: 3-5 years (experience in data mining and analytics, with proven skills in data evaluation, analysis, interpretation, and visualization.

Technical writing experience in relevant areas, including queries, reports, and presentations.

Strong SQL or Excel skills with the ability to learn other analytic tool)

Preferred skill : Data entry, Knowledge about Surveys and data collection, MS Office

Language: English, Kannada, Hindi

Location: Bangalore, Karnataka

Travel: 10 Days in a month

Working Days and shifts: Mondays to Fridays - 9:30 AM to 5:30 PM

Qualification: Bachelors or master degree in Computer Science, Economics, or Statistics

Start date: Immediately

Key Responsibilities

- Analyze large datasets to identify trends and gaps
- Develop dashboards and visualizations (Power BI, Tableau, etc.)
- Perform data modeling and advanced analysis
- Generate insights to support decision-making Monitoring dues
- Work with program teams to understand data requirements
- Automate reports and improve data workflows
- Conduct some basic impact analysis and performance of the technologies at site

- Advanced Excel / SQL

- Basic statistics and analytical thinking
