We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our team. This role is ideal for a recent graduate or early-career professional who is passionate about working with data, uncovering insights, and supporting data-driven decision-making across the organization.
Role & responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and organize data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and consistency
- Analyze datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights
- Create and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations for stakeholders
- Assist in preparing presentations summarizing analysis and findings
- Support senior analysts and cross-functional teams with ad hoc data requests
- Write and optimize SQL queries to extract data from databases
- Ensure data integrity and flag inconsistencies or anomalies
- Document processes, methodologies, and analysis workflows
- Collaborate with business,
product, and marketing teams to understand data needs
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 01 year of relevant experience (internships, academic projects, or certifications acceptable)
- Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, formulas)
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of SQL
- Familiarity with a data visualization tool (Power BI, Tableau, or Google Data Studio)
- Understanding of statistical concepts (mean, median, standard deviation, correlation, etc.)
- Basic knowledge of Python or R is a plus
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Valuable communication skills to present findings clearly to non-technical stakeholders
- Attention to detail and ability to work with large datasets
