Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Data Analyst role based in Bengaluru.

The Data

Analyst will collect, clean, and analyze data from sales, operations, marketing, and production to generate insights that support business decisions.

Responsibilities include building reports and dashboards, tracking key performance indicators, and identifying trends in customer behavior and product performance. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate data findings into actionable recommendations, improve forecasting, and optimize inventory and supply chain processes.

Analyst will also support ad hoc analysis, maintain data quality, and present findings in clear, accessible formats for stakeholders.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills and Data Analytics capabilities to interpret complex datasets and derive actionable insights.
- Candidates should possess a solid foundation in Statistics to support forecasting, hypothesis testing, and performance measurement.
- Candidates should possess competencies in Data Modeling to design and maintain structured data sets and reporting frameworks.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to present findings, create clear reports, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in tools such as Excel, SQL, and data visualization platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or similar) is beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Economics, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience in FMCG, food and beverage, or retail analytics is an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru, manage multiple priorities, and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
