We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to join our E-commerce Sales team. The ideal candidate should have solid expertise in data analysis, reporting, dashboard creation, and sales performance tracking using Advanced Excel and Power BI.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze sales, customer, and product performance data to generate actionable business insights.
- Create and maintain MIS reports, dashboards, and presentations for management review.
- Develop interactive dashboards and visualizations using Power BI.
- Utilize Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, Power Query, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Index-Match, Formulas, Data Validation, etc.) for data analysis and reporting.
- Develop and maintain Excel Macros/VBA automation to streamline reporting processes.
- Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders through clear and impactful data presentations.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and timely reporting.
Required Skills
- 2-3 years of experience in Data Analytics, MIS, or Business Analytics.
- Strong hands-on experience in Advanced Excel.
- Proficiency in Power BI dashboard development and reporting.
- Experience in Excel Macros/VBA automation.
- Strong data visualization and presentation skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
