Key Responsibilities:

- Collect, clean, and analyze data from multiple sources, including Zoho, CRM, ERP

systems, and internal databases.

- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or

Zoho Analytics.

- Identify business trends and opportunities by analyzing sales, marketing, finance, and

operational data.

- Collaborate with departments to understand their data needs and deliver actionable insights.

- Create and automate data pipelines using SQL, scripts, or integration tools.

- Ensure data integrity and accuracy across Zoho, CRM, and ERP platforms.

- Work with IT and business users to optimize data flow and system performance across

platforms.

- Track KPIs and provide analytical support for strategic initiatives.

- Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and data-driven manner.

Required Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree in Data Science, Statistics,



Mathematics, Computer Science, Business,

or a related field.

- 2+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar analytical role.

- Hands-on experience with Zoho CRM, Zoho Analytics, and ERP systems.

- Strong proficiency in Advance SQL (CTE, Window Functions, Subqueries & Joins), data manipulation in Excel, and data visualization tools.

- Solid understanding of relational databases and data modeling.

- Excellent communication skills and the ability to present complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.

- High attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities.
