- To develop SE wise Beat Plan / Act dashboard on app level

- Analyze & Measure SE's productivity and report score card for teams in region , area and SE Level

- Send update on secondary sales Data to SE/AM/RM across area's

- Analyze & update SE performance dashboard Plan Vs ACTUAL (TC, PC, Sec & Primary, New ROs) to all SE, AM, RM across areas

- Support business teams on any specific data required on Primary / Secondary

- Escalate and take help from IT support team to Solve all queries raised by sales team on hardware related issues within 48 hours
- To update monthly review report to AM/RM across area - (Summary, NPI, New dlr, Pri Vs Sec, Focus product,)

- Prepare the ALM deck monthly basis with qualitative inputs

- Prepare the sales incentive (SIP) payout for each Qr. SE /area wise Wise performance dash board

- Circulate Quarterly Scheme Dashboard to RM/ AM & SE
- prepare the payout working when post scheme closure

- Support Vertical head /business to effective implementation of SFA

- Providing CUMI connect app training for Current joiners, periodic update to teams on updates as and when it happens
