About SEREKOSEREKO is India’s first psychodermatology skincare brand, building a new category at the intersection of skincare and mental well-being.

We’re looking for a hands-on D2C Manager to own online growth end-to-end — revenue, performance marketing, website, CRM, retention, analytics, and customer growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Own D2C revenue, CAC, ROAS, AOV, CVR, LTV, retention, and profitability.
- Independently manage Meta & Google Ads: setup, targeting, budgets, optimisation, testing, and scaling.
- Own day-to-day Shopify operations, merchandising, landing pages, offers, and website conversion.
- Improve the funnel from traffic → product page → cart → checkout → purchase.
- Drive CRM and retention through Email, WhatsApp, and SMS.
- Build lifecycle journeys for onboarding, repeat purchase, cross-sell, reactivation, launches, and win-back.
- Plan and execute D2C campaigns, promotions, and product launches across digital channels.
- Track performance through GA4, Shopify, ad platforms,



and CRM analytics and turn insights into action.
- Work with Creative, Brand, Product, Supply Chain, Finance, and CX teams to ensure smooth execution.
- Monitor customer experience, fulfilment issues, inventory, RTOs, cancellations, and other operational challenges.

- What We’re Looking For

- 3–5 years of hands-on D2C / e-commerce / digital marketing experience.
- Strong independent experience managing Meta & Google Ads.
- Hands-on experience with Shopify and e-commerce growth.
- Strong understanding of CAC, ROAS, AOV, LTV, CVR, CTR, CPM, retention, and contribution margin.
- Experience with CRM/lifecycle marketing across Email, WhatsApp, and SMS.
- Familiarity with Klaviyo, WebEngage, MoEngage, CleverTap, or KwikEngage is a plus.
- Strong analytical, execution, and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable taking end-to-end ownership in a fast-paced startup.
- Experience in skincare, beauty, wellness, FMCG, or consumer brands is a solid plus.
