The ideal candidate should have prior experience selling cybersecurity services or solutions and should be comfortable speaking with CISOs, IT leaders, compliance teams, and business stakeholders. A strong understanding of cybersecurity concepts is required to identify customer pain points and position relevant services effectively.

- Proactively generate new business opportunities through outbound prospecting, cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, referrals, and networking.
- Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline for cybersecurity services such as VAPT, application security testing, cloud security assessments, red teaming, AI security assessments, and governance risk & compliance services.
- Lead initial discovery and qualification calls to understand customer security challenges, business risks, compliance needs, and buying priorities.
- Work with technical/pre-sales/delivery teams to define the scope of work, effort estimates, timelines, and proposal approach.
- Compliance frameworks such as ISO 27001, PCI DSS,



and other relevant standards.
- Build long-term relationships with customers and identify opportunities for repeat business, cross-sell, and upsell.

- 4-8 years of B2B Sales / Business Development experience
- 23 years of experience in Cybersecurity Sales / IT Security sales preferred
- Understanding of VAPT, Cloud Security, Red Teaming & GRC/Compliance
- Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills
- Self-driven and comfortable with a target-oriented role

- Prior experience selling services such as penetration testing, application security, cloud security, governance risk & compliance services including ISO 27001, PCI DSS, PDPL.
- Existing network with CISOs, CIOs, IT heads, compliance leaders, or technology decision-makers.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and structured sales reporting.
- Ability to understand customer requirements and translate them into transparent business opportunities for technical teams.
