Company Description CREAT (Center for Research, Engineering and Advance Technologies) is the flagship advanced technology center of UNO MINDA, focused on self-reliance and technology leadership in the automotive industry. The center develops embedded electronics solutions for connected vehicles, telematics, ADAS, infotainment, EV technologies, controllers, sensors, advanced lighting, and other next-generation automotive needs. CREAT collaborates closely with other UNO MINDA entities and external technology partners, combining expertise in software, hardware, mechanical engineering, and creative design across four key product spaces.

Its independent design studio, INITIA, delivers industrial and UX/UI design for global automotive customers, while the center also leads group-wide innovation initiatives such as MINDA Tech University. Team CREAT showcases its capabilities through technology demonstration vehicles, highlighting smart and connected solutions for modern mobility.

Role Description This is a full time, on-site Cyber Security Analyst role based in the Pune/Pimpri-Chinchwad area.

The Cyber Security

Analyst will monitor and analyze security events across networks, applications, and systems, investigating alerts and potential incidents to identify threats and vulnerabilities. The role involves conducting security assessments, supporting application and network security reviews, and performing malware and threat analysis as needed. The analyst will help implement and optimize security controls, collaborate with engineering and IT teams to remediate risks,



and support compliance with internal security policies and industry best practices.

Day-to-day responsibilities also include maintaining security documentation, contributing to security awareness, and supporting continuous improvement of the organization’s cybersecurity posture in line with CREAT’s advanced automotive technology initiatives.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Cybersecurity and Application Security skills for protecting embedded, automotive, and enterprise applications.
- Candidates should possess Network Security skills for securing communication channels, connected vehicle infrastructure, and internal IT networks.
- Candidates should possess Malware Analysis and threat investigation skills to identify, analyze, and respond to malicious activities.
- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills for interpreting security logs, correlating events, and making data-driven decisions.
- Knowledge of security frameworks and standards (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST, OWASP) and experience with SIEM, IDS/IPS, and endpoint protection tools are beneficial.
- Familiarity with automotive/embedded systems security, connected vehicle architectures, and cloud security is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Strong communication skills, ability to collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams, and a proactive, detail-oriented approach to security.
