About The Role

We are seeking experienced professionals with a strong background in Entra ID and Active Directory to join our team for an in-person hiring drive. This role involves leading application migration projects to Microsoft Entra ID, ensuring seamless integration and secure authentication processes. The ideal candidate will possess hands-on experience in identity management solutions, with a focus on application migration, Single Sign-On (SSO) implementation, and troubleshooting.

This is an excellent opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies in a dynamic environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver secure and effective identity solutions. The position is based in Bangalore or Noida, with the interview scheduled for the 19th of September, 2026.

Qualifications

- 5 to 15 years of professional experience in identity and access management,



specifically with Entra ID or similar solutions.
- Proven experience in application migration to Microsoft Entra ID.
- Strong understanding of identity management concepts, security standards, and compliance frameworks such as GDPR, HIPAA, or SOC 2.
- Hands-on experience designing and implementing SSO solutions for enterprise applications.
- Exceptional problem-solving, troubleshooting, and analytical skills.
- Effective communication and collaboration abilities to work with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; relevant certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

- Lead the assessment, planning, and execution of application migration projects to Microsoft Entra ID.
- Design, develop, and implement SSO solutions to enable seamless user access across multiple applications post-migration.
- Integrate migrated applications with Entra ID to ensure secure and reliable authentication mechanisms.
- Troubleshoot and resolve SSO and identity management issues promptly to minimize user disruption.
- Collaborate with application owners, security teams, and stakeholders to facilitate smooth migration processes.




- Customize Entra ID configurations to meet specific application and organizational requirements.
- Ensure compliance with security standards and best practices during all phases of migration and integration.
- Document migration processes, configurations, and troubleshooting procedures for future reference and continuous improvement.
- Stay updated on the latest developments in identity management and security protocols to recommend enhancements.
