ABOUT THE ROLE

We are an automotive business serving customers in the United States. You will handle their calls, chats, and emails during US hours from our Nagpur office.

Our customers are American mechanics and vehicle owners. You must understand American accents easily and speak clear, neutral English at a natural pace. No translating in your head.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

- Take inbound calls and live chats from US customers
- Reply to customer emails in clear, professional written English
- Help customers with orders, shipping, and product questions
- Learn our products. No automotive knowledge needed, we will train you.

WHAT WE REQUIRE

- Excellent spoken English with a neutral accent. If your English is not excellent, do not apply for this job.




- Ability to understand American callers without asking them to repeat
- Positive typing speed and clean written English
- Night shift: approx. 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM IST, permanent. If this does not fit your life, do not apply.
