- call customers from provided database who have taken / claimed Care Health Insurance
- Explain the importance of their feedback and guide them to give rating on Google
- Share Google review link via WhatsApp/SMS and assist customer to submit rating
- Maintain daily calling report - number of calls, connected, ratings received
- Follow up with customers who said they will rate later
- Maintain polite, qualified and helpful tone
