Job Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls
- Assist patients with appointments and service-related queries
- Follow up with patients and provide timely support
- Maintain excellent patient service and communication
Working Hours: 8.5 Hours
- Lunch Break Included
- Tea Break Included
Working Day: Sunday Working
