- Manage daily VIP user relationships to enhance user activity and retention.
- Develop tiered operational strategies based on user segmentation to drive high-value user conversion.
- Handle VIP user feedback and complaints, coordinating internal resources for timely resolution.
- Collaborate with the team on the planning and execution of user engagement campaigns and events.
Qualifications:

-Prior experience in user operations or VIP operations is preferred.
