Customer Relationship Manager – Inside Sales

Employment:Full-Time

Handle inbound and outbound customer calls and enquiries.

Understand customer requirements and explain products/services.

Follow up with leads and convert them into customers.

Maintain good customer relationships and ensure timely follow-ups.

Achieve assigned sales and customer engagement targets.

Update customer details and follow-up records.

Requirements

Any Graduate.

Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.

Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Freshers are encouraged to apply.
