SkyJumper Trampoline & Amusement Park is hiring a customer-focused CRM – Customer Relationship Manager.

? Locations: Dehradun & Bangalore

? Experience: 1+ years

? CTC: Up to ₹33,000–₹35,000 per month, depending on experience and interview

? Key Responsibilities:

- Manage customer relationships, queries, feedback and complaints
- Follow up with customers and leads via calls, WhatsApp and other channels
- Maintain customer records and drive repeat visits
- Handle bookings, enquiries, birthday parties and events
- Coordinate with Centre Head, Operations, F&B; and other teams
- Collect feedback and improve the customer experience

? Requirements:
- 1+ year of experience in CRM, Guest Relations, Customer Experience, F&B;, Hospitality, Entertainment, Events, Retail or Sales




- Robust communication, customer-handling and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable with calls, follow-ups and maintaining customer data
- Positive, energetic and service-oriented personality
