Greetings from RAD Resources. A Reputed Jewellery Showroom is looking for a Female Customer Relation Manager (Positions: 10) having 2-3yrs experience with positive communication skills.

Salary: 25-30,000/month

Timings: 10:30 AM to 8:30 PM

Location: Jubilee Hills, Hyderabad

No. of Working Days: 6

Responsibilities:

- Team leadership: Supervise and guide the CRE team to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets.
- Customer relationship strategy: Develop and implement strategies to strengthen client loyalty and repeat business.
- Sales performance monitoring: Track team performance, analyze sales data, and ensure achievement of monthly/quarterly goals.
- Training & development: Conduct regular training sessions on product knowledge, grooming, and customer handling.
- Escalation handling: Resolve complex customer queries and complaints with professionalism.




- Event & promotion coordination: Lead CRE participation in showroom events, festive campaigns, and loyalty programs.
- Collaboration: Work closely with floor managers, sales executives, and inventory teams to ensure seamless operations.

Requirements and skills:

- Graduate
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Superior product knowledge.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Maintain a positive attitude focused on customer satisfaction.
