BH Hero, Pathanamthitta is looking for a Telecaller / Customer Relationship Executive (CRE) to join our team.

Responsibilities

- Make calls to customers regarding service requirements and follow-ups.
- Follow up with customers for scheduled and pending services.
- Contact customers for service reminders and feedback.
- Maintain customer information and call records.
- Coordinate with the Service Advisors and Service Team.
- Handle customer queries and maintain good customer relationships.

Requirements:

- Qualification: Plus Two / Any Degree
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Experienced candidates will be preferred.
- Freshers may also apply.

Salary: Based on interview performance and experience. Job Type: Full-time
