Job Summary

We are looking for a friendly, customer-focused and energetic Customer Relationship Executive to join our team at Sai Service, Kayamkulam.

The role involves interacting with customers, understanding their requirements, providing timely assistance, following up on enquiries and appointments, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Interact with customers and understand their requirements.
- Handle customer enquiries through phone calls, messages and in-person visits.
- Follow up with existing and prospective customers.
- Coordinate customer appointments and service-related requirements.




- Maintain regular communication with customers and provide updates.
- Assist in generating leads and converting enquiries into business opportunities.
- Maintain accurate customer records and follow-up details.
- Coordinate with the sales and service teams to resolve customer queries.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Support customer retention and relationship-building activities.
- Achieve assigned follow-up and customer engagement targets.

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
