- Deliver a premium and personalised customer experience by understanding customer needs and providing prompt, courteous assistance.
- Handle customer queries, concerns, and complaints professionally and ensure timely resolution.
- Assist customers with product availability, orders, billing, and coordinate with the Pharmacist wherever required.
- Maintain high standards of store presentation, customer service, grooming, and retail etiquette.
- Build strong relationships with customers and support repeat visits and customer retention.
- Follow Saince Pharmacy SOPs, policies, and service standards while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
Ideal Candidate: Graduate with excellent communication skills, a pleasant personality, strong customer-handling skills, and at least 2 years of experience in a premium retail workplace.
Pay: ₹12,391.75 - ₹30,000.00 per month
