Key Responsibilities Handle customer inquiries through phone calls, emails, chat, and other communication channels. Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies. Resolve customer complaints and issues in a skilled and timely manner.
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and service quality. Record customer interactions and update customer databases. Follow up with customers to ensure issues are resolved effectively. Escalate complex customer concerns to the appropriate department when required.
Process customer requests, orders, and service-related documentation. Coordinate with internal teams to address customer needs and concerns. Maintain confidentiality of customer information and company data.

Requirements Bachelor's Degree, Diploma, or equivalent qualification.
