Awdiz Institute is looking for a high-energy CSR Partnerships professional who knows how to open corporate doors, build decision-maker relationships and convert conversations into meaningful CSR partnerships.

We are not looking for someone whose experience is limited to preparing CSR presentations or coordinating existing projects.

We want a DEAL INITIATOR. A RELATIONSHIP BUILDER. A CLOSER.

Someone who already understands the CSR ecosystem and can connect corporate CSR budgets with employability, skill-development and youth-training initiatives.

What We Want You To Do

- Identify companies actively investing in CSR, Skill Development, Employability, Education and Youth Development
- Connect with CSR Heads, ESG Leaders, CSR Foundations, CHROs, Corporate Affairs Teams and senior decision-makers
- Introduce Awdiz and initiate corporate CSR discussions
- Understand corporate CSR objectives and identify partnership opportunities
- Develop proposals for sponsored training, employability and placement-focused initiatives
- Build relationships with CSR departments, foundations, colleges, NGOs and corporate partners
- Lead discussions from the first introduction to proposal, negotiation and closure
- Create a strong and sustainable CSR partnership pipeline for Awdiz
- Bring recurring and large-scale CSR training mandates to the organisation

Training Institutes | Colleges | Universities | NGOs | Skill Development Organisations | CSR Foundations | Corporate CSR Teams | EdTech / Employability Organisations

You already have a robust corporate network that can help initiate CSR conversations.

You understand how corporate CSR decisions are made.

You know who to approach, how to approach them and how to move a discussion towards a commercial/CSR engagement.
