- Handle customer enquiries and provide assistance throughout the service process.

- Welcome customers and ensure a smooth service experience.

- Make service appointment and reminder calls.

- Coordinate customer pickup and drop requirements.

- Follow up with customers regarding vehicle service status and delivery.

- Collect customer feedback after service and address basic concerns.

- Coordinate with Service Advisors, Technicians, and Workshop Team for customer requirements.

- Maintain accurate customer details, call records, and follow-up reports.

- Inform customers about service schedules, maintenance requirements, and offers.

- Handle customer complaints professionally and escalate unresolved issues to the concerned department.

- Conduct welcome calls, follow-up calls, and post-service calls.

- Support customer retention and improve overall service satisfaction.

- Ensure timely communication with customers until the vehicle is delivered.
