Compensation & Conversion ->

Initial Training Period: 3 months

Training Stipend: ₹5,000/month

After successful completion of the 3-month training period, selected candidates may be converted to a full-time role .

Full-Time Salary: ₹12,000/month

Full-time conversion will depend on performance, reliability, campaign accuracy, communication skills and the ability to independently manage assigned CRM/email/WhatsApp operations.

About the Role ->

InterviewCall is looking for a CRM & Lifecycle Marketing Trainee to manage and execute our day-to-day email, WhatsApp and CRM communication activities.

This is primarily an operations and campaign-execution role , not a software-development role.

You will work with our Sales, Marketing and Operations teams to ensure that leads and students receive the correct communication at the correct stage of their journey.

The role is suitable for someone who wants hands-on experience in CRM operations, lifecycle marketing, email marketing and WhatsApp marketing .

Key Responsibilities ->

1. Execute email and WhatsApp communications for leads, prospects and students.
2. Schedule and manage follow-up campaigns.

3. Manage communications for

i) lead nurturing; ii) assessment/test scheduling;

iii) assessment reminders;

iv) counselling reminders;

v) sales follow-ups;

vi) registration and payment;

vii) financing updates;

viii) enrollment;

ix) onboarding;

x) re-engagement campaigns.

1. Work with CRM records and lead stages.
2. Segment leads based on campaign requirements.

6)Prepare recipient lists before campaigns.
1. Create and manage email campaigns.
2. Execute WhatsApp campaigns and approved WhatsApp templates.
3. Verify personalization variables before sending communications.
4. Check links, names, email addresses and phone numbers before campaign execution.
5. Avoid duplicate or incorrect communication.




6. Maintain campaign trackers and communication schedules.
7. Coordinate with the Sales team regarding lead status and required follow-ups.
8. Monitor email delivery, opens, clicks, bounces and unsubscribes.
9. Monitor WhatsApp delivery, reads and failed messages.
10. Maintain opt-out and communication-consent records.
11. Update CRM information where required.
12. Prepare basic daily/weekly campaign reports.
13. Identify campaign or delivery issues and escalate them appropriately.
14. Gradually take independent ownership of assigned communication workflows.

- WhatsApp Business tools
- Other CRM and marketing automation platforms

Prior experience with these exact tools is not mandatory . Training can be provided. Who Can Apply ->

Career Progression -> The first 3 months will be a structured trainee period .

Candidates who demonstrate robust performance may be converted to a full-time CRM & Lifecycle Marketing Executive role at ₹12,000/month .

The expectation is that by the end of training, the candidate should be able to independently handle routine email and WhatsApp campaigns with minimal supervision.
