Role & responsibilities:

- Handling Overall Branch Operations End to End Responsiblity
- Responsible for timely delivering Branch Operations Results
- Follow-up through phone calls, field visits, and legal reminders as needed
- Maintain regular contact with Branch Employees
- Collecting Reports on time and Validation
- Conduct field visits to customers' business locations or residences.
- Work with other teams to plans line up
- Maintain daily reports of logins and branch related activities.
- Collaborate with credit, sales, and legal departments to address complex default cases.
- Escalate high-risk accounts for legal or repossession actions, if necessary.
- Maintain accurate and updated records of Sales, collections, communications, and repayment commitments.




- Educate borrowers on the impact of non-payment.
- Work on settlement proposals or restructuring of loans in coordination with the credit team.
