About the Role

We are looking for a Creator & Brand Executive to work closely with a leading content creator with 1M+ followers across Instagram and YouTube .

This is a hands-on role at the intersection of content, creator management, brand partnerships and production . You will work closely with the creator to manage brand collaborations, support shoots and events, coordinate travel and handle day-to-day professional requirements.

No two days will look the same. We’re looking for someone who is proactive, organised, commercially aware and comfortable taking ownership in a fast-moving creator environment.

What You’ll Do

Content & Shoot Support

- Assist with planning and execution of shoots, events and content days.
- Attend shoots, events, brand activations and work trips when required.
- Capture behind-the-scenes photos and videos for Instagram and YouTube.
- Coordinate outfits, products, props, locations and other shoot requirements.
- Identify content opportunities during everyday activities, travel and events.
- Coordinate with photographers, videographers, stylists and production teams.

Brand Collaborations & Partnerships

- Manage inbound brand collaboration enquiries.
- Identify relevant brands and proactively reach out for potential collaborations.
- Communicate with brands, agencies and PR teams.
- Coordinate briefs, deliverables, timelines and campaign requirements.
- Assist with commercial discussions and negotiations.
- Maintain a structured database of brands, contacts and opportunities.




- Follow up consistently and help turn relevant opportunities into collaborations.

Travel & Events

- Accompany the creator for work trips, shoots, events and brand activations.
- Assist with schedules, bookings and on-ground coordination.
- Ensure products, outfits, equipment and other essentials are ready before shoots and travel.
- Handle last-minute requirements and solve on-ground challenges.

Day-to-Day Creator Management

- Coordinate schedules, meetings, calls, shoots and professional commitments.
- Act as a communication bridge between the creator, brands, agencies and internal teams.
- Track upcoming campaigns, deliverables and deadlines.
- Ensure nothing gets missed across multiple ongoing commitments.
- Anticipate requirements and solve problems before they become issues.
- Take ownership of tasks independently rather than waiting for instructions.

What We’re Looking For

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organised, proactive and dependable.
- Strong understanding of Instagram, YouTube and the influencer ecosystem .
- Interest in content creation, social media and influencer marketing.
- Comfortable communicating with brands, agencies and external teams.
- Comfortable travelling for work.
- Basic photography/video skills and an eye for good BTS content are a plus.




- Ability to multitask and manage multiple conversations and deadlines.
- Qualified, trustworthy and discreet.
- Flexible with working hours when shoots, travel or events require it.
- Someone who can take initiative and get things done independently .
