Job Overview

Farlex Pharmaceuticals Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a talented and creative Creative Designer who can develop high-quality visual content for our pharmaceutical products, marketing campaigns, social media and other promotional activities.

The ideal candidate should be highly proficient in CorelDRAW, Adobe Creative Suite and AI-based design tools, with a strong sense of creativity, visual communication and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

- Create engaging and professional designs for social media posts, banners, brochures, flyers, posters, advertisements, product creatives, presentations and marketing materials.
- Develop creative concepts and visual designs based on marketing requirements.
- Design promotional materials for pharmaceutical products and healthcare campaigns.
- Work closely with the Marketing, Sales and Business Development teams to understand creative requirements.
- Create and edit designs using CorelDRAW, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator and other relevant Adobe tools.
- Utilize AI-based design and creative tools to develop innovative designs and improve workflow efficiency.
- Adapt and resize creative materials according to different social media and digital platforms.
- Maintain consistency in branding, fonts, layouts, typography and overall visual identity.
- Edit images, product photographs, graphics, and other visual content whenever required.
- Handle multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.




- Stay updated with the latest graphic design trends, AI tools, software updates and creative techniques.

Required Skills
- Strong expertise in CorelDRAW.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
- Knowledge of other Adobe Creative Cloud applications will be an added advantage.
- Practical knowledge of AI-based design tools and AI-assisted creative workflows.
- Strong understanding of color combinations, typography, layouts, composition, and visual hierarchy.
- Excellent creative and conceptual thinking.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to understand a creative brief and convert ideas into visually appealing designs.
- Valuable time-management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with different teams.

Qualifications & Experience
- Graduate/Diploma in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or a related field.
- Relevant experience in graphic/creative designing will be preferred.
- Candidates with a strong portfolio showcasing creative and professional designs will be preferred.
- Experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare, FMCG or other marketing-related industries will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
