Creative & Brand Growth Manager

About the Role

We are looking for a Creative & Brand Growth Manager to lead our day-to-day creative and brand execution across social media, content, shoots, product launches, influencers and paid-media creatives.

This is a hands-on role for someone who can think creatively, plan independently and execute ideas from concept to final output.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and manage the weekly and monthly social media content calendar.
- Develop creative ideas for Reels, Stories, Feed, UGC and campaigns.
- Plan and coordinate photoshoots and video shoots, including concepts, references, shot lists, models and locations.
- Manage creative execution for new product and collection launches.
- Create and coordinate content for Meta and other digital marketing campaigns.
- Manage influencer collaborations, content requirements and follow-ups.
- Use AI tools and new creative technologies to improve content quality and production speed.
- Maintain a consistent visual identity and brand presence across social media, website, campaigns and retail.
- Research competitors, trends and current content formats and identify ideas worth testing.
- Work closely with the marketing team to understand creative performance and improve future content.
- Coordinate with external photographers, videographers,



designers and other creative resources when required.

What We're Looking For
- 1 years of experience in social media, content, creative, brand marketing, fashion, footwear, lifestyle or D2C.
- Strong understanding of Instagram and short-form video content.
- Good creative and visual sense.
- Experience in planning and executing shoots.
- Ability to independently develop content and campaign ideas.
- Familiarity with Meta ad creatives and performance-driven content.
- Comfortable using AI tools for creative production and ideation.
- Strong communication, coordination and time-management skills.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines.
- Portfolio of previous work is required.

The Right Candidate We are looking for someone who doesn't just wait for instructions.

If given a goal such as "launch a new collection next month," you should be able to develop the content plan, shoot requirements, campaign ideas, launch timeline and execute them.

You should be creative, proactive, detail-oriented and willing to get hands-on with execution.
