Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Pune, for a Credit Officer at Bajaj Housing Finance Limited.

The Credit

Officer will be responsible for evaluating credit applications, analyzing financial data, conducting credit risk assessments, and ensuring compliance with internal credit policies and guidelines.





Key responsibilities include examining loan requests, preparing financial summaries, making approval recommendations, and regularly interacting with stakeholders to ensure timely disbursement of loans while minimizing risk exposure.

Qualifications

- Strong expertise in Credit Management and Credit Assessment processes.
- Proven Analytical skills with the ability to evaluate financial data and draw actionable insights.
- Comprehensive knowledge of Finance and related financial principles.
- Excellent Communication skills to effectively interact with stakeholders and other departments.
- Relevant experience in credit or finance-related roles is preferred.
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related discipline.
- Proficiency in financial analysis tools and knowledge of regulatory guidelines is advantageous.
- Ability to work in a quick-paced environment and deliver results within tight deadlines.
