Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Counsellor to join our team in Anand.The candidate will be responsible for counselling clients regarding work permit opportunities, understanding their requirements and profiles, explaining suitable options and procedures, handling enquiries, maintaining regular follow-ups, and converting genuine leads into clients.

Freshers are welcome to apply. Candidates with relevant experience in counselling, sales, immigration, or client handling will have an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

- Counsel clients regarding available work permit opportunities.
- Understand clients' profiles, qualifications, work experience, requirements, and career goals.
- Explain work permit options, eligibility criteria, documentation, and procedures clearly.
- Handle enquiries through calls, walk-ins, social media, and other sources.
- Provide professional and accurate information to clients.
- Follow up regularly with prospective clients and leads.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Address client queries and provide appropriate guidance.




- Coordinate with the internal processing team for smooth handling of client cases.
- Maintain accurate records of client details, enquiries, and follow-ups.
- Convert qualified leads into clients through effective counselling and communication.
- Achieve assigned counselling and conversion targets.
- Keep clients updated regarding their application progress.
- Maintain a professional, positive, and client-focused approach.

Requirement & Qualifications · Bachelor's degree in any field.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
