Key Accountability:-

- Client acquisition thru market Reseach, market mapping and Scheduled in person meetings.
- This is a Remote role which involves client visits as well
- Identifying potential clients Architects, Builders, Construction Companies, HNIs to sell /Specify Building Materials sold by our company . Getting orders by making compelling concept presentations to them.
- Understanding the clients' requirements and developing an appropriate sales strategy to get building Materials specified in their projects.
- Creating business proposals & following up with potential clients for closures.
- Networking within the industry with different construction professionals like designers, developers, and business heads of different brands

Developing rapport with architects & interior designers for more business





- Negotiating and closing the deals with Building Materials brands from different product categories like furniture, marble, lighting, bath, tiles, home automation, etc.
- Attending various trade fairs like ID, Acetech, Zak, Foid, Idac, Roofindia and more the industry.
- Representing the company at Building Materials Exhibitions
- Regularly preparing sales reports - sales pipeline, closures, forecast etc.

Preferred candidate profile

1. Valuable Communication Skills.
2. Good Rapport with Architects, Interior Designers Builders.
