About the Role

Are you a target-driven skilled with a strong network in the healthcare ecosystem? We are seeking dynamic Corporate Relations Executives to lead corporate outreach, forge strategic partnerships, and drive placement and internship opportunities for our students across hospitals, diagnostic centers, and pharmaceutical companies.

Key Responsibilities

- Corporate Outreach & Placement Generation:
- Build long-term partnerships with healthcare corporates, hospitals, diagnostics, and pharma companies across India.
- Conduct 15–20 daily professional calls alongside active LinkedIn, email, and WhatsApp outreach.
- Execute local field visits in Kolkata’s healthcare hubs to generate placements, internships, and live projects.
- Drive Execution & Leadership:
- Plan and execute campus recruitment drives, industry conclaves, guest lectures, and workshops.
- Maintain real-time database records,



corporate tracking metrics, and daily reports for leadership review.
- Student Mentorship:
- Counsel students on career goals and prepare them for corporate selection processes.

Requirements & Qualification

- Education: Graduate or Master’s degree in any discipline.
- Experience: 2–5 years in healthcare, hospital, diagnostic, or pharma marketing/relations preferred.
- Skills: Exceptional written and verbal English communication, strong corporate networking, and proficiency in MS Excel, LinkedIn, and reporting tools.
- Traits: High self-motivation, strong finishing attitude, and comfort in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Mobility: Willingness to travel locally for field visits and client meetings.
