Roles and Responsibilities:
- Own and administer the ControlUp platform across Citrix, VDI, and endpoint estates
- Design dashboards, alerts, triggers, and operational views for digital experience monitoring
- Build PowerShell-based automation and remediation workflows for recurring issues
- Integrate ControlUp workflows with enterprise APIs and service management processes
- Maintain platform hygiene, governance, and source-controlled automation standards using GitHub
Skills Required:
- 4 to 8 years of relevant experience in EUC, digital workplace, or observability engineering
- Deep hands-on experience with ControlUp in enterprise production environments
- Solid PowerShell scripting capability for automation, remediation, and troubleshooting
- Experience supporting Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops, VDI, and Windows endpoint environments
- Practical experience with REST API integrations, platform administration, and operational troubleshooting
Good to Have:
- Experience with observability, digital employee experience, and enterprise monitoring practices
