Job Title: Contracts & Procurement Manager Civil & MEP

We are looking for an experienced Contracts & Procurement qualified with 12+ years of experience in construction/real estate projects.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end purchase and procurement activities for construction projects.
- Handle procurement of Civil and MEP materials, services and works as per project requirements.
- Identify, evaluate and coordinate with vendors, suppliers and contractors.
- Float RFQs, obtain quotations and prepare comparative statements.
- Negotiate rates, commercial terms, delivery schedules and payment terms with vendors.
- Coordinate with project, engineering, commercial and finance teams for procurement requirements.
- Prepare and manage Purchase Orders, Work Orders and related procurement documentation.
- Ensure timely procurement of materials and services in line with project schedules.
- Monitor vendor performance, material delivery and procurement status.
- Support cost optimization through effective negotiation and vendor management.
- Review BOQs, specifications and material requirements for procurement activities.
- Maintain proper records of purchase, procurement and vendor documentation.

Candidate Profile:

- 12+ years of relevant experience in Contracts, Purchase & Procurement.




- Strong experience in Civil and MEP procurement for construction projects.
- Good knowledge of construction materials, vendors, contractors and market rates.
- Strong negotiation, vendor management and commercial coordination skills.

• Candidates from Construction, Real Estate, PMC or Infrastructure backgrounds preferred.

QUALIFICATIONS

- UG: B.Tech/B.E. Civil / Mechanical / Electrical
- PG: M.Tech / MBA (Construction Management) / NICMAR (Preferred)
