We're looking for a Contract Specialist with 3-5 years of experience in reviewing, drafting, and negotiating commercial agreements.

Key Responsibilities

- - Review and negotiate:
- Master Service Agreements (MSAs)
- Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs)
- Partnership Agreements
- Statements of Work (SOWs)
- Vendor and Consulting Agreements
- Identify contractual and commercial risks
- Redline customer agreements and propose fallback positions
- Partner with Sales, Delivery, Finance, and Leadership teams to close contracts efficiently
- Maintain contract repository and renewal tracking
- Coordinate with external legal counsel when required

What We're Looking For

- - LL.B. / BA LL.B. / BBA LL.B.
- 2-4 years of experience in commercial contracts
- Robust contract drafting, review, and negotiation skills
- Experience in IT Services, Consulting, SaaS, Technology, or Professional Services companies preferred
- Comfortable working directly with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders
