Job Title: Content Creator – Real Estate Location: Sector 63 Noida Employment Type: Full time Experience: 1-2 Years Department: Marketing & Digital Media About the RoleWe are looking for a creative and energetic Content Creator to manage and produce high-quality content for our real-estate brand. The role will involve property/site visits, professional video shoots, Instagram Reels, official company shoots, scripting, and social-media management . The ideal candidate should understand Instagram trends, have a good eye for visuals, and be comfortable creating content both on-site and in the office .

Key ResponsibilitiesVisit property sites, projects, offices and locations for video/photo shoots. Shoot professional property walkthroughs, project videos, Reels and Shorts .

Create Instagram

Reels, Stories, posts and other short-form content. Handle official company/brand shoots , including team, founder and corporate content. Plan creative concepts, hooks and scripts for videos. Appear on camera when required and confidently present property/project information.

Capture high-quality photos and videos of: Properties Interiors & exteriors Amenities Shoot videos for Instagram, YouTube Shorts and other platforms. Stay updated with Instagram trends, viral formats, sounds and content styles . Coordinate with the sales, marketing and management teams for upcoming shoots.





Repurpose one shoot into multiple pieces of content. Maintain an organized library of photos, videos and edited content. Monitor content performance and suggest new ideas to improve reach and engagement.

Required

SkillsGood understanding of Instagram Reels, Stories and short-form content . Good communication and storytelling skills. Creative mindset with the ability to generate fresh content ideas. Comfortable travelling to property/project sites for shoots.

Comfortable appearing in front of the camera when required. Understanding of framing, lighting, audio and basic cinematography. Ability to work independently and meet content deadlines. PreferredPrevious experience in real estate, property marketing, digital marketing or content creation .

Portfolio/Instagram page/YouTube channel/showreel.

Experience using a camera, gimbal, microphone or other basic shooting equipment. Knowledge of Hindi/Hinglish and English content creation.
