About the Role

Extradigitz Infomedia Solutions is looking for a creative, proactive, and trend-aware Content Creator who can take ideas from concept to final published content.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in creating engaging social media content, especially Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, promotional videos, educational content, and brand-focused content.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop fresh and engaging content ideas for Instagram, YouTube and other social media platforms.
- Research trending topics, formats, hooks, sounds and content styles.
- Write scripts, hooks, captions and basic content copy.
- Shoot and create short-form videos such as Reels and YouTube Shorts.
- Edit videos professionally using tools such as CapCut, VN, Adobe Premiere Pro or similar software is plus point.
- Create content that aligns with the brand's tone, audience and marketing objectives.
- Collaborate with the social media, marketing and creative team.
- Repurpose existing content into different formats for multiple platforms.
- Stay updated with social media trends, algorithms and emerging content formats.
- Analyze content performance and suggest improvements based on reach, engagement and audience response.
- Maintain consistency in content quality, branding and publishing schedules.
- Support promotional campaigns, brand campaigns and other creative requirements whenever needed.

Requirements




- 1–3 years of relevant experience in Content Creation, Social Media, Digital Marketing or a related field.
- Strong understanding of Instagram, YouTube and short-form video content.
- Good scripting, storytelling and communication skills.
- Hands-on experience with video shooting and editing.
- Familiar with CapCut / VN / Premiere Pro or similar editing tools.
- Creative mindset with the ability to generate fresh content ideas consistently.
- Good understanding of current social media trends.
- Ability to work independently as well as with a team.
- Ability to manage multiple content requirements and meet deadlines.
- Portfolio / previous work samples are required.

Good to Have
- Experience appearing on camera or directing on-camera content.
- Basic knowledge of Canva and graphic design.
- Understanding of YouTube SEO and Instagram content optimization.
- Knowledge of AI tools for content research, scripting and creation.
- Experience working with digital marketing agencies or multiple brands.
