Role Description This is a full-time, in office Content Creator role based in Bengaluru.

The Content

Creator will develop engaging digital content that educates and supports pet parents, including website copy, blog articles, social media posts, email campaigns, and in-app messaging. The role involves translating complex pet wellness and insurance information into clear, friendly language, maintaining consistent brand voice, and collaborating with marketing, product, and veterinary teams. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning content calendars, conducting basic research and interviews, repurposing existing materials across channels,



and tracking performance to refine content strategy.

Creator will also contribute ideas for campaigns and storytelling that highlight GuavaSure’s services and strengthen community trust.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Writing and Web Content Writing skills for digital-first platforms.
- Candidates should possess Content Strategy and Content Management skills to plan, organize, and optimize multi-channel content.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to collaborate across teams and convey information clearly to diverse audiences.
- Experience creating content for consumer-focused products or services, ideally in health, wellness, or pet care, is beneficial.
- Ability to adapt tone and style to different formats (blogs, social posts, emails, product copy) and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with basic SEO principles, social media best practices, and data-driven content improvement is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, English, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Comfort working on-site in Bengaluru and collaborating with cross-functional teams in person.
