Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Content Creator role based in the Mohali district.

The Content

Creator will develop engaging content for various digital platforms, including social media, blogs, newsletters, and campaign assets, aligned with each client’s brand voice and goals. Daily responsibilities include researching industry trends, brainstorming creative concepts with the team, planning content calendars, and producing written, visual, or multimedia content. The role also involves collaborating with PR and marketing colleagues to support campaigns, optimize content performance, and ensure consistency across channels.

Creator is expected to maintain high quality standards, meet deadlines, and contribute fresh ideas to elevate client visibility and impact.

Qualifications

- Strong content creation skills, including writing, storytelling, and basic visual or multimedia production.
- Ability to plan and execute content strategies, manage content calendars, and align content with brand and PR objectives.
- Familiarity with digital marketing and social media platforms, including understanding audience engagement and campaign amplification.
- Attention to detail in editing and proofreading, with a commitment to transparent, concise, and on-brand communication.
- Relevant experience in PR, marketing, communications, or content roles; agency or B2B experience is an advantage.
- Strong research, analytical, and organizational skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, Media Studies, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
