We are seeking an experienced and proactive Consulting & Delivery Consultant to join our Consulting & Delivery team, working closely with our German architecture team to deliver enterprise-grade digital solutions on the ECAP platform. This role is ideal for a candidate with a strong track record of reliably executing on technical designs and handling client delivery work with minimal oversight.

The candidate will take ownership of assigned tickets and implementation tasks defined by the architecture team, ensuring smooth, high-quality delivery, supporting client engagements, and contributing to internal automation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

- Take ownership of tickets and implementation tasks assigned by the architecture team, delivering functional workflows on ECAP to spec and on time
- Assess ticket complexity and propose implementation approach and sequencing before starting work
- Diagnose configuration and code issues across ECAP's business rules, workflows, and permission layers to isolate root cause before implementing fixes
- Collaborate with the architecture team to determine whether an issue requires a configuration change or a code change, and propose the right approach
- Modify and extend platform Java classes and REST API integrations to resolve validation, data, and business logic issues
- Deploy and validate changes in QA/staging environments as part of the standard delivery cycle
- Support client engagements, including delivery, testing, issue resolution, and clarifying requirements directly with clients where needed
- Maintain documentation,



test case coverage, and implementation best practices for assigned workstreams
- Support HR automation initiatives through implementation and rollout
- Participate in recurring syncs with the German architecture team to align on ticket priorities and delivery status
- Mentor and support junior engineers on ticket execution, root-cause debugging, and platform best practices
- Support LLM use cases and data integrations for AI-enhanced solutions as directed by the architecture team
- Assist with occasional UI page updates (JSP, HTML, JavaScript) for internal and client-facing apps as needed

Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience in enterprise software, BPM, or SaaS delivery, including direct client-facing work
- Strong proficiency in JSP, HTML, JavaScript, Java, and REST APIs, with the ability to work independently once requirements are scoped
- Solid working knowledge of BPM platforms, relational databases, and document templates
- Solid root-cause debugging skills, able to trace issues from symptom through business logic to underlying data
- Strong communication and stakeholder collaboration skills, including coordinating with a remote architecture team




- Comfortable working against tickets and specifications defined by others, with strong attention to quality and follow-through
- Availability to support scheduled maintenance and support windows as needed
- Experience mentoring junior engineers
- Passion for enterprise automation and digital innovation
- Bonus: Hands-on experience with AI, LLMs, or process automation tools
