We are looking for a talented and experienced Consultant to enhance our client-facing team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in delivering innovative solutions and driving client satisfaction. As a Consultant, you will collaborate closely with our development team, utilizing your expertise in full-stack engineering to design and implement robust solutions.

Your deep understanding of Java, microservices, and event-driven architecture will be instrumental in creating efficient and scalable systems.

Responsibilities

- Collaborate with the development team to understand client requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Design and develop high-quality, scalable, and maintainable software solutions using Java and microservices architecture.
- Implement event-driven architecture patterns to ensure efficient data processing and real-time system responsiveness.
- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure code quality and adherence to best practices.
- Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies, and propose creative solutions to enhance our offerings.
- Build strong relationships with clients, understand their business needs, and provide expert advice to drive successful project outcomes.




- Document and communicate technical designs, ensuring clear and concise documentation for future reference.
- Participate in project planning, estimating, and scoping, providing accurate estimates and timelines for development tasks.

Qualifications

- 5-9 years of experience in full-stack engineering, with a strong focus on Java, microservices, and event-driven architecture.
- Proficiency in Java, React/Angular, and Spring frameworks is essential.
- Demonstrated experience in designing and developing scalable and high-performance applications.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically to identify and resolve complex technical issues.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- A proactive and self-motivated approach, with a passion for staying updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.
- Experience in mentoring and guiding junior team members is an asset.
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and practices is preferred.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve technical challenges.
- A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is desirable.
