We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Construction Estimator to support US and Canada based construction projects.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate quantity take-offs, cost estimates, and bid proposals across multiple construction trades. This role requires strong analytical skills, proficiency with estimating software, and the ability to work closely with project managers and clients in international markets.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare detailed quantity take-offs and cost estimates from construction drawings and specifications.
- Develop conceptual, schematic, design development, and GMP estimates.
- Analyze drawings, specifications, RFQs, and addendums for scope clarity.
- Solicit and review subcontractor and vendor pricing.
- Prepare bid summaries, value engineering options, and cost comparisons.
- Maintain estimating databases, historical cost data, and pricing libraries.
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and architects during preconstruction.
- Support clients during bid submissions, revisions,



and clarifications. Assist in post-bid reviews and budget reconciliations.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelors degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering / Construction Management (preferred).
- 1+ years of experience in construction estimating (US/Canada projects preferred).
- Solid knowledge of CSI divisions and construction methodologies.
- Proficiency in estimating tools such as: Bluebeam, On-Screen Takeoff, or similar MS Excel.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, MEP, and civil drawings.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong numerical skills.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Experience

- Experience working with US General Contractors or Estimating Consultants.
- Familiarity with commercial, residential, industrial, or healthcare projects.
- Exposure to project management or preconstruction support.
